DISASSOCIATED

DISASSOCIATED

In NLP term Disassociated means not being Associated, being a least once removed from the situation.

Not looking at it through your own eyes, but seeing yourself looking at it. So it is not “in” an experience, but seeing or hearing, tasting or smelling it from outside as from a spectator’s point of view.
